Rest easy knowing a licensed nurse is by your side during the critical first 24–72 hours after surgery. From medication to mobility assistance, you’re in expert hands all night.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to nurse availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your service. Cancellation Policy We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows will also forfeit their payment. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment one time at no charge if requested more than 12 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a $15 fee. Nurse Assignments We strive to match each client with a qualified, licensed recovery nurse. Specific nurse requests are considered but not guaranteed. Travel Fees Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location. These will be disclosed before finalizing your booking. Overnight Services Overnight care is available upon request. Clients are expected to provide a safe, clean sleeping space for the nurse. A pre-service call may be required to confirm readiness. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only in cases where a nurse is unavailable and no alternative provider can be arranged. Service dissatisfaction will be handled on a case-by-case basis with care and professionalism.
